Dave & Bev Whipple 2012 People ask why I ended up with an old hamburger… why I would even keep it! I purchased this McDonald’s hamburger for .79 cents back on July 7, 1999. The hamburger, with the receipt, in its original wrapper, and sack, ended up in a coat pocket, which then ended up in a closet and there it stayed for a couple of years. One day Bev was cleaning out old cloths to donate and found this McDonald's hamburger, still in the bag.
